Just over a year after announcing they ended their three -month marriage, OG A golden bachelor winner Theresa nist looks back on her “hurricane” relationship with lead Gerry Turner.

According to Theresa, when he learned about Gerry’s illness, he had not experienced any symptoms or had any treatment yet.
“And thank God,” he continued. “I’m so happy for him. I want him to live a long, healthy, prosperous life. I rooted him. I don’t want him to be sick.”
So what actually happened between Gerry and Theresa? “I don’t know if I’ll ever say what the reason was for me,” he said.
“But I say it is very difficult to know someone in that time,” Theresa continued. “And then after the show was over, it was just a hurricane of excitement and we were paid in everything and there were interviews and we were going to events. It was also a concise version of The bachelor. We only got an hour episodes. And so how long I was with him was what you saw on television. Joan confirmed to Us In an interview earlier this month, Gerry advised to tell Theresa about Lana.
“Discovering her on social media or something is not great,” she said, adding that she knows “no love is missing there.”
“They’re right. They’re both very happy with their lives and they did the right thing,” said Joan. “They did what was right for them and I fully respect that. They didn’t drag this on and try to make him work. They knew where their hearts were and they both stepped away and good for Gerry. He found someone.”
Joan added that Gerry was “really cute” for his new relationship. “I felt that sense that he really needed someone in his life he wanted to love again. And he had a lot of love to give. I think he turned into this very quickly, but I think it’s a great relationship with what I can say,” he said. “She’s amazing. They talked about very important things, her cancer. And she’s all aboard the ship and it’s like, ‘Whatever I have with you is perfect.’ They have spoken in the very long term.
Theresa, for her part, concluded that she got a lot out of the experience, from learning how to post on social media – “I got my first time I had to do a double job” – to experience her own resilience.
“There was a point at the show where I almost wanted to leave. I did at the moment,” he said. “I wanted to melt to the ground. I wanted to disappear. I didn’t want to be a part of it anymore, but I persevered.”
Also, in spite of how unexpected it may seem to each UsShe was there to make friends after all.
“I’m largely Leslie’s best friend. We speak practically every day. I feel like I’ve known her all my life,” he said about Gerry’s second. “But I talk regularly to most of the women on the show and it was so lovely to find people who were in the same situation as I was.”
