Three children of a US citizen, one with cancer deported to Honduras, say lawyers

Last week, three young children who are US citizens – including cancer – were deported to Honduras with their mothers, according to propaganda groups and lawyers.

One of the four-year-old children, who was sent to the 4 stage cancer, which was sent without medication, said the child’s family lawyer.

Border Tsar Donald Trump Tom Homan said the mother made a choice for the children that their citizen had been removed with them. “The birth of a US citizen does not make you insure from our laws,” he said, adding that the mother was illegally in the United States.

Trump collided with a reaction during the first term for politics that separated thousands of children from her parents.

On Friday, officials in the New Orleans on Immigration and Customs Bodies (ICE) deported two mothers and three children aged two, four, in Honduras from Louisiana, in a statement by the US Union of Civil Liberty (ACLU).

Both families – including one pregnant mother – lived in the United States for years and have been “deported with the United States as a result of deeply disturbing circumstances that cause serious problems with the process,” ACLU said.

One of the children who had been removed suffered from a metastatic cancer and was deported without the opportunity to consult doctors, according to the propaganda group.

Speaking to the journalists at a press conference on Monday morning, Homan said the deportation of the families was better than to share them.

“We keep families together,” he said. “What we did was to remove the children with their mothers who asked the children to leave with them. There’s a parental decision.”

Homan rejected the use of the word “deported” to describe the removal of children from the country.

“They were not deported. We are not the US Department. Their parents made the decision, not the US government,” he said.

Last week, the federal judge said he had a “strong suspicion” that one of the children, deported to a two -year -old Honduras citizen, was sent from “without a significant process”.

On April 22, Louisiana’s native and her family members were detained during the usual new Orleans immigration office, according to the court documents.

In an interview with CBS Homan in an interview with CBS, he would face the nation on Sunday, said “the judge was a proper trial”, adding that a two -year -old mother “had a proper taxpayer costs and was ordered by an immigration judge after these hearings, so she had a proper trial.”

In this case, it was planned to hear on May 19 to decide whether the family was properly processed.

The second family was detained on April 24, when Ice refused to answer its lawyers and family members, ACLU said.

White House press secretary Carolyn Levit on Monday made actions to protect the immigration administration within the first 100 days.

Levit said that Trump would sign two new executive orders as part of his immigration repression, including the one who directs officials to publish the list of places that the administration identified as “asylum cities”.

The term “shrine of the city” has been popular in the US for more than ten years to describe the places that restrict their assistance to the federal immigration body. Because this is not a legal term, cities use different approaches, some establish a policy in the law, and others simply change the practice of the police.

On Sunday, Levito also conducted an immigration raid at the “underground” Night Club at Colorado -Springs, Colorado, where she stated that officials detained more than 100 undocumented immigrants and seized weapons and drugs.

The drug control administration wrote in a report on X that 114 immigrants were arrested and placed on buses and probably a possible deportation. ”

Thousands of undocumented immigrants have been detained since Donald Trump returned to the White House on January 20.
