The Vancouver Philippine Community remained shocked and mourning after 11 people were killed on a car as a result of an attack on a car.
The attack, which took place at the annual Lapu Lapu festival, which celebrates the Philippine culture, also left dozens of wounded.
The organizers of the event stated that in the city a large Philippine community “mourned” and that the impact of the attack will be considered for years to come.

The suspect who was not named – were taken into custody by police after being detained by casual random people.
While Paradise refused to determine any potential motive, he said that “it can now say that the evidence in this case does not make us believe that it is an act of terrorism.”
The suspect, he added, has “a significant history of interaction with police and medical workers related to mental health.”
Official criminal cases have not yet been filed.
The Vancouver Festival -Lives more than 140,000 Canadians of Philippine origin -takes place every year to celebrate the Lap -Lapa -Lapa, a national hero who resisted Spanish colonization in the 1500s.
Tens of thousands of people attended the event.
According to Paradise, police evaluated the threat on the eve of the festival and partially closed the road on the street behind the school where the majority of festivities took place.
He added that he added a higher threat, he added.
The street where the attack took place was largely used by food trucks and there were no barriers.
Paradise said the incident would be a “turning point” for the city authorities and the first respondents.
