Announcing his Instagram handle, Nida Dar published: “After careful consideration, I decided to have a temporary break of the cricket to prioritize my mental health and well-being. The recent personal and professional challenges have affected my mental health and I have to take some time to focus on me.

I want to report that in the past many things have happened with me personally and professionally and this has affected my mental health. For this reason I am doing a break for a while from the cricket to focus on myself.

The decision to take a break from the cricket comes when the women’s team celebrates a successful classification campaign of the World Cup World Cup of Cricket, achieving five consecutive wins and a place in the World Cup of Women of the ICC 2025.
Nida Dar’s career stands out
