Sarah Jessica Parker’s best Met Gala looks through the years

Sarah Jessica Parker is a fight in the Heart and fashion favorite. In fact, SJP is Belle every annual ball he attends.

Over the decades she has developed a reputation for being one to watch on the carpet, from her tartan equivalent to Alexander McQueen In 2006 to her heading of birth scene in 2018, inspired by the “Heavenly Bodies” costume exhibit.

Parker made his first gala Met appearance in 1995. Sure, the theme may be “Haute Couture,” but even in a black velvet dress, she still managed to look like a million bucks. (Much more striking is the fact that she made her own hair and make -up that year.)

Since then the Sex and the city Star has continued to pick up the Sartorial bar. For the 2013 “Punk: Chaos to Couture” relationship, the actress looked appropriately Edgy in the creation of Deacon Giles abstract and Philip Treacy Mohawk Mohawk’s more than life.

Forward quickly to 2022, Parker wore for the “In America: Fashion Vocabulary” theme in gingham gown christopher John Rogers who paid homage to Elizabeth Hobbs KeckleyThe first black female fashion designer to work in the White House.
