Callum Smith’s warm response to David Benavidez Creates waiting speculation of Bivol-Beeterbiev Payday

Callum Smith says that promoter Eddie Hearn has not given him update on whether his next struggle will be against the heavy weight champion of WBC and WBA (regular), David Benavidez. Smith (31-2, 22 kos) claims that Hearn has “few meetings this week” and will let him know what the plan is for his next struggle.

The way Callum speaks, sounding eager As for the fight against Benavidez (30-0.24 kos), it does not seem motivated to take this struggle. When Smith wants a fight against a particular boxer, he speaks a storm, but in this case, he does not seem an enthusiast to fight the “Mexican monster” Benavidez.

Looking at the great struggle

It is easy to understand why Callium and Hearn would not want to fight David. Smith maintains Wbo heavy weight title and is in a position to challenge Dmitry Bivol VS Artur Beeterbiev 3 trilogy struggle for huge money. Callum could launch this potential option by himself if he struggled in Benavidez. It is something that Callum is scratched with a victory over Joshua Buatsi, but it is a fish boiler that takes Benavidez. Is not defective.

I read Hearn as a book. He will not leave Callum Smith anywhere near David Benavidez, as he is 34 years old and in a position to obtain a profit against the winner of the Bivol-Beerevi trilogy. Turki Alshikh seems to like to select British fighters. It is a bewilderment that I would like to use Callum as the next opponent for the victory in the third struggle between Bivol and Artur.

He knows that if he faces Benavidez against the winner, he is likely to lose the talented “Mexican monster”. So, however, will Smith choose as a fish food for one of them. The British will love to see this game. U.S. fans will be indifferent, but I doubt that they will even be considered views. It is a struggle that will be completely focused on the United Kingdom market. Feed the Bivol-Beeterbiev an appetizer in Callum.

The silence of Hearn

“Eddie (Hearn) says he has some meetings this week and let me know what the plan is. I don’t know. I’m ready to see what is the next step,” said Callum Smith to TV IFL When asked what plans are to fight David Benavidez.

“Regardless of anyone, I am in a good position. So it will be a good struggle in any way. It’s a very, very good fighter, someone I like and value me,” Smith said about Benavidez. “Both were champions at 168 at the same time. It is a struggle I always thought would happen at some point. I probably should have passed at that time, but not.”

Do you sound like a person interested in fighting Benavidez? Smith does not seem to be interested in this struggle. He knows that he is in a good position to fight for the big money in cash against Beeterbiev or Bivol, and he will not want to wrap -making David Benavidez messy.

“Now, we are both at 175. It’s a struggle I like. I think stylistically, it should be a good one. So we will see if this is the next option. I’m sure it will be good. I have no idea,” Callum said when he was asked how far the negotiations have advanced.

“I will take him (Hearn). He mentioned that he believes that he (Benavidez) could turn -me into a PBC offer, but there has not yet been an offer. So we will have to sit and wait. We hope that things move this week, regardless of who I am. I want to know when the next struggle is so I can return to the gym. I do not know what fight it makes sense,” said Callum.
