“In October 2017, through him, we began to tackle topics such as grief, guilt, anger and addiction in exploring his relationship with higher power, forgiveness and grace. On his healing path, we watched him join and embrace his new family in the fire house and his new family with Athena grant where he found love and reception.” It was fun. “
Krause also touched fans of the show feeling sad over the character’s death, describing it as something that feels like a “loss.”
“I have heard that many fans are upset by this loss and they have the right to be. It is a loss. Having said that, it was more than a bold creative choice on a bold show. Bobby Nash was written in sacrifice and was built for this. First responders risk their lives in office so that others can see another day. 9-1 Greet all the amazing men and women who do these dangerous jobs and strive to keep us safe, ”he added.
Krause also admitted that he will “lose” the cast and crew he worked with over the last decade.
“I will lose all my 9-1 Family. Our amazing crew whose professional excellence is unrivaled. All the authors who still pull rabbits out of hats. All the directors who had the task of the same. All the amazing cast guests over the years as well as Jennifer Love Hewitt and the Cast at the call center, ”wrote Krause.” I will miss my partner, Angela Bassett. Its strength and sweetness, and we hold hands. We separated roads too soon. Lots of love. “
