An Alabama mother was arrested after allegedly telling investigators that her missing one-year-old had died and his body was being stored in a barn, according to a criminal complaint.
The discovery came shortly after 22-year-old Wendy Pamela Bailey was implicated in an accident which claimed the lives of 40-year-old Steven Bradley Collins and 2-year-old Riley Collins.
A third child, Kahleb Rowan Collins, 1, is missing.

After investigating Kahleb’s whereabouts, the 24th District Attorney’s Office along with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation believe he is deceased.
The result of Art they were investigated believe that Kahleb is not only dead, but has been dead for some time.
Inquest evidence alleged that the father, Steven Collins, abused the boy and the mother did not intervene or report the abuse, according to court documents.

They also believe Bailey knew the body was placed in the barn.
In the complaint, the photos allegedly show some of the abuse through images of a bloodied child hanging from a rope and him lying on the floor bruised.

Officials also say he sent messages that read, “He wants to move,” “I’m so sorry,” and finally, “He’s moving.” and that Bailey replied, “He just looks tired and weary, and hopefully that’s it.”
“His body has not been found, although law enforcement agencies are still actively gathering information and searching for his remains,” officials said.
