“I will leave Zepeda’s struggle for the tank”: Shakur Stevenson calls Gervonta Davis

Shakur Stevenson says he would leave his plans to defend his Light WBC title against Provisional Champion William Zepeda, if Gervonta Davis agrees to fight him. If he says that Tank has another deck he plans, he will follow the shock against Zepeda.

Social media fans say Shakur (23-0, 11 kos) had the opportunity to fight Davis tank before, but he did his chance. Now, he has to live with his choices and take which fights he can get before hedat.

Newark demands

It is left to see if Shakur’s promoter Eddie Hearn can deliver -Zepeda’s struggle he wants because without the Saudis involved, the money needed for this struggle is not there.

Hearn says he wants Zepeda (33-0, 27 kos) to agree to fight in the hometown of Shakur in Newark, New Jersey, which is unlikely. Zepeda is too popular so that he can put himself in a position where he could steal if the contest is near.
