Surreal Max horror comedy is a scary aspect of anxiety

At last, I went around to watch Beau is afraid After months of mental preparation because of who has time for a three -hour film? I’ve always been an advocate for the 90 -minute running time because of why mess with the three -act structure? Why would I watch something double what I’m ready to endure when I know it’s possible to make cuts without sacrificing the storytelling?

Well, I wish I had answers but after watching Beau is afraidI can assure you that the juice is worth the squeeze. Is the juice good for you or bad for you, you ask? After calling his mother’s mobile phone to apologize, Beau is horrified when a UPS man gets up at the other end, explaining how he dropped a package, and that the person he thinks of Mona had been crushed in a freak chandelier accident.

Racing the clock to travel to the funeral of his mother, Beau, who began to take a new medicine prescribed to him by his therapist, Jeremy (Stephen McKinley Henderson), is wildly breaking down the door of this flat, not completely unaware of the series of elevations waiting for him.

However, as a harrowing and burdensome Beau journey throughout the city, desert, and its own psyche, its sense of humor will leave you laughing at the most unexpected moments.
