Salman Butt PSL’s role “Fixa” Salman Butt triggers a great recoil, team owners ask for immediate prohibition

Former Pakistani Salman Butt has been under a mass scanner after being included in the Pakistan (PSL) 2025 Super League commentary group. According to the Cricket Pakistan reports, it learns that the franchise owners have expressed their displeasure because of their inclusion.

Pakistan Cricket Board recently announced the stelled comment panel for the nearby Super League Pakistan (PSL) 2025. The governing body also, for the first time, introduced Urdu’s comment and, therefore, there will also be a separate panel.

The Urdu Comment chart includes Ali Younis, Aqeel Samar, Marina Iqbal, Salman Butt and Tariq Saeed. While the rest of the names were accepted, PSL franchise owners proposed concerns about the ass, especially with their history while they were not good.

Salman, who was convicted of a timely fixation, during the Mr. test in 2010. He went along with Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir, participated in a point fixation scandal and served in London prison. As the trio has faced a large amount of reaction from both the cricketers and the fans.

According to reports on Cricket Pakistan, it is known that as soon as the owner of the PSL franchise he learned that Salman Butt was included in the comment box, they sent a joint letter to the authorities.

According to the reports, the letter did not name anyone, but did not mention that any individual involved in unethical activities, arranging or who had been imprisoned in the group, as it could affect the league’s reputation.

However, despite his application, the name of Butt was still included in the official comment box the next day. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) mentioned that Salman Butt would make comments in Urdu, which would probably not be widely recognized outside Pakistan.

Butt has been associated with PCB activities for some time. The Pacer conducted interviews with National Cricters for Digital PCB, at the end of 2023, briefly named as an advisor to the main coach Wahab Riaz. Currently, he works with an institution whose representatives are also part of the PCB Governing Council.

The Pakistan Super League will begin from April 8. A total of 34 games will be played in the tournament through Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi. The final is scheduled for May 18.

The PSL 2025 Comment Comment Pay will see big names Aamir Sohail, Ramiz Raja, Waqar Younis, Wasim Akram, Bazid Khan, Urooj Mumtaz, Sikander Bakht, Alastair Cook, Mark Nicholas, Dominic Cork and Mark Butcher, Jean-Paul Duminy and Mike Haysman will be part of the comments on the next PSL 2025.
