Back In contactwho first reported, Edwards’ lawyers asked for genetic testing. “Edwards is entitled to an order that requires the parties to undergo genetic tests. If genetic tests show that Edwards is the father, Edwards asks for an order in establishing the little child’s paternity,” read his petition.
The petition continued, “Edwards does not know of any other person or entity, not a party in this case, with the toddler’s physical custody or claims to have custody rights or visiting relating to the toddler. Further, Edwards has never participated as a party or witness or a witness or any other in any other custody or child.”
It is unclear how or when Edwards and Howard met.

Howard gave Birth to Aubri on October 14.

In documents obtained by Weekly USEdwards asked for DNA tests from a “neutral and licensed laboratory” to decide if he is the father.
Edwards asked that genetic testing should be carried out on the baby in the womb. If tests prove that Edwards was the father, he asked for an order establishing the baby’s paternity and maintenance.
The documents noted that Edwards was unaware of any other person with physical custody or visiting rights.

Howard call herself a “fit and loving mother” As she requires Aubri’s only legal and physical custody in legal filing.
The documents, obtained by Weekly USHe revealed that Edwards had been biologically proven to be the child’s father.

Howard asked Edwards to have been paid for any “actual costs that they were passed on for her pregnancy, birth and expenses drawn after the child’s birth” and child maintenance payments to pay for Aubri’s education, upbringing and maintenance. He also asked Edwards to pay her legal fees.
March 2025
A judge ruled that child maintenance would be established in Georgia.
According to court documents, Howard said she moved to California of Georgia before Aubri’s birth and had no intention of moving back.
Edwards questioned and Howard ever moved to California in the first place and suggested that she was simply looking for a higher child support payment amount in the state.

As the battle paid up children’s raging child, Howard said that she was once and relied on the help of her family to build Aubri.
In court documents, Howard argued that Edwards had the “legal obligation to provide support to the toddler.”
