The heavyweight silver Olympic medalist 2016, Joe ‘Jugernaut’ Joyce lost a unanimous decision of ten rounds of flying the ‘Hrgovic animal’ on Saturday night at the co-opate Live Arena in Manchester, England.
In the first two rounds, it was not clear or it seemed that their previous ones. Hrgovic got more punches, causing Joyce’s left eye sometimes, which was swinging in the air for the most part. In the third round, a Joyce’s right opened a cut in Hrgovic’s left eyebrow.
In the fifth round, Joyce landed a left, causing a cut in Hrgovic’s right eyebrow.
In the sixth and seventh round, Joyce seemed to achieve his “second victory”, landing more punches than in the previous rounds. In the eighth round, Hrgovic did enough to take the round.
A minute in the ninth round right from Hrgovic to the chin, Joyce’s knees sprout. In the tenth and final round, they both had their moments.
The scores were 97-93, 96-95 and 98-92. John Latham was the referee.
In the co-center, the English heavyweight champion David ‘Big d’ Adeleye, 14-1 (13) scored a couple of Knockdowns, stopping Ibo intol Champ Jeamie ‘Tkv’ Tshieva, 8-2 (5) at 0:55 on the sixth round to win the vacant British heavy title BBBOFC.
In the first round, the first of eight clins took place after 10 seconds. In the second round, there were nine cliffs and warnings of referee Ron Kearney. In the last seconds, Adeleye landed the first solid punch, a left hook on the chin.
In the third round, there were only five clins. Adeleye took another round, landing several punches. In the fourth round, they returned to eight clinces, with TKV who turned around. In the fourth, stop counting Clinces, TKV won a lap. It was more of the same in the fifth round.
In the sixth round, while both were in a clinch, referee Kearney said, “Break.” Adeleye landed a left hook on his chin and went down TKV for an 8 count. When climbing, Adeleye went after him, marking a second time with another left hook on the chin, ending the game.
Commonwealth Boxing Council Super Lightweight Champion Jack ‘The Demolition Man’ Rafferty, 26-0 (17) stopped Southpaw Cory O’regan, 14-1 (3) to 2:26 in the fifth round of a 12-round rounds scheduled.
In the first round, with only 8 in his last struggle and without an adversaries with a winning record, it is a step for O’regan. O’regan moved sideways to the side, using a dagger like Rafferty barely a punch on the first two rounds.
In the third round, O’regan started landing on Rafferty’s chin for several minutes until the last seconds when Rafferty landed his first punch, leaving O’regan and removing blood from the nose during a 8 referensin count.
In the fourth round, O’regan won easily, disembarked faster than Rafferty, which seemed very slow to react. In the fifth round, Rafferty went to the body, hurting O’regan with a right to the body after a minute. O’regan returned, losing it until suddenly the corner asked for a stop, to the surprise of many.
Khaleel Super Light “The Real Deal” Majid, 15-0 (4) won a unanimous decision of ten rounds on “Super” Alex Murphy, 13-1) in an action struggle.
In the second round, Majid landed numerous rights to Murphy’s chin. In the third and fourth round, Murphy went out to Majid again. In the mood from his corner to the fifth round, Majid began to be more busy in a uniform round with Murphy.
In the sixth, another nearby round. Luckily for Majid, Murphy is not a good punch, being out of their majority. The seventh round was the best to this point, and left everything nearby.
In the eighth and the ninth round, Majid, who comes down, works Murphy’s body, but is captured by capital letters in the chin in an action round. In the tenth and final round, with the struggle to take -they both had their moments, with Murphy suffering a cut in the left eyebrow. A draw would not hurt the fighter.
The scores were 97-94, 96-94 and 96-95. John Latham was the referee.
Olympian Olympian Delicious Orie, 1-0) defeated Milos Veletic, 3-8 (1) by a four-point decision. The referee, Steve Gray, scored 40-36.
In the first three rounds, all the rights of Landing Orie Landing, as Veletic was in defense, even left his hands on the third. In the fourth and final round, after leaving the head of the head in the previous rounds without warning of the referee Steve Gray, Orie did not impress his debut.
Super Pellement Sudpaw ‘Sugar Boy Roy’ Royston Barney-Smith, 14-0 (7) beat Southpaw Cesar Ignacio Paredes, 18-17-1 (5) for an eight-point decision.
In the second round, Paredes suffered a cut on the nose bridge in the middle of the round. In the fourth round, the cut caused swelling to the nose of wall when the round started. Barney-Smith looks happy in Outland Paredes.
In the seventh round, Paredes threw more punches during the half round than before. Barney-Smith then increased the pace, looking for a stop due to the cut. In the eighth and final round, Barney-Smith took another round round.
The referee Darren Sargensin marked him 80-72.
Ramin Musah (1-0), the National Champion of Super Middleweight, defeated Robbie ‘The Camden Caretaker’ Chapman (13-49-9 (2) for a four-round decision.
In the first round, Musah hunted well. In the second round, Chapman made it interesting, disembarking some lead rights, although it was overcome. In the third round, Musah landed a left hook on his body after a minute, drawing Chapman’s attention. In the fourth and final round, Chapman showed himself to the delight of the crowd in a losing effort.
SouthPaw Welterpaw Mark Chamberlain, 17-1 (12) won Miguel Angel Scaringi, 8-5 (3) for an eight-round decision.
In the first three rounds, Chamberlain was able to arrive, except for the lead rights of Scaringi Landing on the chin. In the final fourth round, thirty seconds, a Southpaw Chamberlain’s advantage in the chin struck Scaringi in several steps.
In the sixth round, Chamberlain suffered a nickname on the left eyebrow. Referee Steve Gray warned him to use the forearm. In the eighth and final round, Chamberlain seemed happy to make the rounds since his last struggle about seven months ago, passing the distance in a losing effort.
The referee Gray scored 80-72.
Southpaw Nelson Nelson “The Sexy One”, 8-0 (5) eliminated Rodrigo Matias Areco, 5-14-2), #130, by Marcos Paz at 1:31 in the first round of a six rounds planned.
In the first round, Birchall took him to the body of Areco, finally leaving Areco half the way with the right to the body and then the chin. Areco got up and then returned to a knee that caused the referee Darren Sargeinson to stop when he got up.
Alfie Middlemiss (3-0) defeated Alexander Morales (6-12-5 (2) by a four-point decision.
In the first two rounds, Middlemiss moved well, counteracting with a blow against Morales, which always appeared. He had a small nick from the left hook of Morales to the right eyebrow. In the next two rounds, he continued, with Middlemiss with a blood trick on the side of the face, throwing a stop.
Referee Steve Gray scored 40-37.
The national champion twice, Bantam Louie Szeto, 1-0) left the canvas to defeat Nabil Ahmed, 2-41-3) by a decision near four decisions.
In the second round, in the middle of the first lap, Szeto dropped with a right on Ahmed’s chin by an 8 count of referee Darren Sargensin. He turned well. In the fourth and final round, Szeto, who returned well to the third, needed the final round due to the defeat. He did well in a closed round, as Ahmed never stopped punching.
The referee Sargensin scored 38-37.
