According to the regional head of Sergius Lisak, the Russian missile attack on the Central Ukrainian City of the Cook killed at least 14 people and left dozens of other wounded.
Six killed were children, said President Wolf Zelensky, who grew up in the city.
Images from the stage showed at least one victim lying on the playground, the curtain police. The head of the city defense administration of Oleksandr Vilkal said the ballistic missile landed in the center of the residential area.
One of the videos showed most of the 10-storey apartments that stopped the attack and the victims lying on the street.
The attack is one of the most deadly in blood since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia in 2022.
The city also attacked earlier this week when the building was struck in the center. Officials said four people were killed in the attack.
Zelensky wrote on social networks that at least five buildings were damaged in the strike on Friday: “There is only one reason why it continues: Russia does not want to cease fire and we see it.”
Its hometown is about 40 miles (70 km) from the front line in eastern Ukraine and with a population of 600,000 is considered the longest city in Europe.
