An important controversy has exploded in that members of the Fast Indian diaper family Mohammed Shami. According to PTI, Mohammed Shami’s sister, her mother -in -law, and several relatives have been accused of being part of a fraud related to the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act of Mahatma Gandhi (MNREGA).
The scandal was released after a district level investigation revealed the fraudulent disbursement of Mnrega’s salary in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. The center of the scam is Gule Ayesha, the mother -in -law of Shami’s sister and the current head of the village, as confirmed by the authorities.
Mohammed Shami’s family accused of Mnrega fraud
The Nidhi Gupta Vats district magistrate confirmed that a preliminary research revealed fraudulent salary payments to 18 individuals who, accordingly, did not do any work in the Mnrega regime, but who received their salary in their bank accounts.
Interested individuals include Shami’s sister, Shabina, her husband Ghaznavi, and three brothers -in -law (Aamir Suhail, Nasruddin and Shekhu) with other members of the Gule Ayesha village head.
The investigation found that fake entries were made on Mnrega’s work cards from January 2021, and wages continued to deposit their bank accounts until August 2024-25 without making any labor.
DM Order to freeze Gram Pradhan bank accounts
The DM was quoted by PTI: “ The investigation of local officials revealed that 18 individuals received Mnrega salary without doing any work. Among those involved is Mohammed Shami Shabina’s sister, Shabina Ghaznavi’s husband, Shabina’s three brothers, Aamir Suhail, Nasruddin, and Shekhu, along with Sons and Daughers of Village Gule.
Following these revelations, the district magistrate has ordered the suspension of involved workers and has registered a formal police complaint and departmental actions under Panchayati Raj Law. In addition, the authorities have ordered the recovery of appropriate funds and the freezing of the bank accounts of the Gram Pradhan.

Research is in progress, and officials also study the participation of the People’s Development Officer (VDO), the Assistant Program Officer (APO), the operator and others connected to the Gram Pradhan.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Shami is currently playing at the IPL 2025 in progress, where he is doing a trade for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). After a long break from injuries, Shamu made a strong comeback to the international cricket during the home series against England earlier this year.
Shami played a crucial role in the historic Trophy of the ICC of India 2025 Triumph after losing the glory of the T20 World Cup title last year due to injuries. The victory marked the first Trophy of Champions of India in 12 years. He was also instrumental in the final journey of the 2019 World Cup of India.
Now, the Indian Pacer is focusing on bringing Sunrisers’ IPL 2025 campaign to the court, as the orange army suffered from the backs in the tournament after a dominant victory over Rajasthan Royals in his first game in Hyderabad last month.
