Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz says the military expands their activities in gas and seize the “large territories” of the territory.
In a statement on Wednesday, Katz said the extended operation was aimed at “destroying and clearing the area of terrorists and terrorist infrastructure”. He stated that the seized areas would “be included in Israeli security zones,” he said.
He said he would need a large -scale evacuation of Palestinians and urges the population to eliminate Hamas and return Israeli hostages. This, he said, was the only way to end the war.
Israeli military has reportedly started ground operations in Rapha in one night.
Last week, his warning stems from the fact that the military will soon work with “full force” in additional parts of Gaza.
On March 18, Israel launched an updated gas offensive, accusing Hamas of deflection of a new US proposal to expand fire and release 59 hostages left in the gas.
Hamas, in turn, accused Israel of violating the initial transaction they agreed in January.
In recent weeks, the humanitarian situation has deteriorated sharply, and Israel refused to allow assistance in the Gaza Strip since March 2 – the longest blockage of assistance after the war.

The Israeli military launched a campaign to destroy Hamas in response to an unprecedented cross -border attack on October 7, 2023, which killed about 1,200 people and 251 were taken hostage.
