A man who is accused of a fire in the Tesla dealers in Colorado, is face with federal chargesProsecutor General Pazi said.

“I made it clear (that) if you take part in the waves of domestic terrorism against Tesla Properties, we will find you, arrest you and put you behind bars,” Bondi said. “All these cases pose a serious threat to public safety. Therefore, there will be no negotiations.”
Frederick was arrested a week after the attack. Bondi said federal prosecutors have been looking for 20 years in prison.
In addition to federal charges against him, Frederick also faces local charges, including second -degree arson and storage of explosives or incendiary devices.
