At least 73 million people were threatened with serious weather on Sunday when the storms hit the Central United States.
The National Weather forecasting center has warned of increasing the risk of possible tornado, large hail and rain.
More than 300,000 electricity shutments were registered in Michigan, and 100,000 were registered in Wisconsin and Indiana.
The storms are expected to continue in different states by Thursday.
