Carney also reportedly copied sections from Jeremy K. Stein 1989 article in a quarterly Economy Journal and Article HS Shin 1994 in Economics Rand magazine that has only minor formulation changes.
Possible plagiarism appears throughout the dissertation. “It’s all the dissertation, not just one part,” Sigalets said. Even small changes of the wording without proper quotation are still considered plagiarism.
