Andrew Tate sued for ex-girl for allegedly sexual abuse

Andrew Tate, a controversial figure in social media, faces a new lawsuit of his former girlfriend, accusing him of sexual attack, battery and gender violence.

“Tate began to verbally humiliate (The) plaintiff as he regularly did – but this time it was much worse, more aggressive and tougher,” the trial said.

Ms. Stern said in the complaint that he had hit her in her face and head, and she cried for him to stop – saying that at one point the pressure on her neck almost made her lose consciousness.

“Tate has repeatedly told her that when she crossed him, he was going to kill her,” the lawsuit said.

He claims that after the episode, Ms. Stern acted as if nothing wrong was hoping to leave the hotel in the morning.

She later sought medical care when the doctor told her that she had “syndrome after rest.”

Tate allegedly reported to Ms. Stern: “If you have betrayed me, you will regret it.” The lawsuit states that she was waiting until she left the country to report an attack on law enforcement.

Along with the forage losses, she says she asks in the lawsuit a restraining order and hopes that the courts stop “Tate from her use and abuse of women.”

The amount for which she sues was not included in the list, but in the lawsuit asks in court on statutory losses, prosecutors and court costs and any “further relief, as the court can be considered fair and proper.”

After serving, Ms. Stern posted a statement on her Instagram account, saying she still loved Tate despite the allegations she aligned.

“It was honest for me to accept that I was raped,” she said.

Tate has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
