President Evarist Ndadaisimia spoke in an exclusive BBC interview

President Burundi told the BBC that he saw a “reliable intelligence” that Rwanda plans to attack his country.

The Evarist of the Nandadaissimia also said that Rwanda tried to launch a decade ago in Burundi, like “what does in the Congo’s Democratic Republic.”

Rwanda has already retreated back, calling the president’s comments “strange” and insisting that two neighbors are cooperating in security plans for their common border, which has been closed for more than a year.

Despite the extensive evidence of Yun, Rwanda has always denied armament and support for the M23 rebel group, which recently confiscated most of the East Dr. Congo together with Rwandan troops.

Rwanda also denied the Red Tabara insurgent group, which, according to the Nudeishimiye President, is a proxy -silt, similar to M23, and Rwanda supports the destabilization of Burundi.

“They would say that this is an internal problem if it is a Rwanda problem. Burundy people are fighters. “

“But now we have no plans to attack Rwanda. We want to solve this problem of dialogue.”

Nudeishimiye’s comments were based on peace and the complete implementation of the agreement between the two countries – a peaceful transaction that was signed in previous years, but, according to Burundi, Rwanda was not honored.

“The people who made the 2015 coup (were organized by Rwanda and then escaped. Rwanda organized them – she went to recruit the youth in the Maham camp. He prepared them, gave them weapons, she financed them. They live in Rwanda’s hand,” he said.

“If Rwanda will take them and bring them to justice, the problem will be completed.”

“We urge our neighbors to respect the peace agreements we have concluded,” Nandaisimi added. “We do not need to go to war. We want a dialogue, but we will not sit out of work when we are attacked.”

“We have nothing to ask (o) Rwanda (in return), but they refuse because they have a bad plan – they wanted to do what they do in the DRC.”

The Rwand-Burundi border remains closed for a long time after the Red camp rebels conducted several attacks on Burund.

Although the situation with Rwanda is crucial, this is not the only problem of Burundi.

In the West, the constant conflict in Dr. Congo’s wealthy minerals reached a boil temperature with rebels, militias and foreign parties seeking to control the country’s valuable resources.

“External forces are responsible for perpetuating this conflict. They do not want peace to the DRC because they want to continue to rob their resources,” says BBC Nudeishimie.

“The crisis in the DRC is not about people – it’s about minerals.”

He claims that the decision is to attract all parties to the table, including “all opposition political parties and armed groups” that should “sit together and see them together as they can create a better future for all citizens.”

But, in his opinion, it all depends on whether Rwanda will show readiness.

“The problem between Rwanda and DRC is a small problem.

“But who (lies) killed? All I see is the Congolese – why they kill the Congolese when they say they are looking for FDLR?”

Ever since the hobby of cities in the east D -Congo, the war has forced many hundreds of thousands of thousands of Congolese people to leave violence and their homes.

So desperate that they found security that some even crossed the Rusie river in makeshift courts or sailed to get to Burundi, Despite a dangerous journey that kills many people, including a three -year -old child.

Living uncertainly in refugee camps, some say they want to return to their country, but complain that the Burundo-DR Congo is closed. This is what President Burundi denies.

“No, our Congo border is not closed. Where did they come from Burundi? Even today they can use (Rusie Rusie) to return.”

When the BBC says that the crossing of the Rusie rivers puts refugees in danger, Ndadaisimium replies: “You know, we have not invited them.

“They can go back, we will not give up on them. But if they are here, they are our visitors. If your visitor comes your home, it is you who chooses the room where it remains. Even the food we have is what we can’t say that I will eat meat when you eat.”

In order to end the war, and the Congolese to achieve a lasting work, the Ndadaisimium says that the mandate of the international forces of the Congo must be expanded so that they can attract the rebels. He also stated that burundi forces would not be recalled from Dr. Congo until Burundi assure its security borders.

Earlier this month, South Africa’s leaders announced them Forces would be withdrawn from Dr. Congo Where they helped fight M23 after at least 19 were killed.
