The actress, 46, shared a self -picture without a cosmetics by Instagram On Sunday, March 23, and told followers on the platform that she is “learning to love the skin I am more and more these days.”
“This is for all my girls out there who feel the same. #Nomakeup #Nofilter,” he added.
Hewitt has been touting self-love in recent weeks, Share another Self without cosmetics in honor of her birthday on February 21.
“46 years old. No cosmetics and no filter. (One of my value hates a filter so this is for you ❤️) It’s been a difficult start to the year. I don’t feel myself right. But yet I feel maybe this is all to bring me closer to who I am,” wrote Hewitt on Instagram.

The actress also thanked her family for supporting her as she navigated aging publicly. “In this feeling of loss and being lost I have found a strange silence and let go that it does not usually become easy for me,” he wrote. “I know I have the greatest children and husband ever. My brother’s embracing is healing me. I feel my mum with me every day. My friends make me want to be a better human every day.”
He continued: “I have all the things I really need and very long for nothing other than joyful moments, continuing in the career I love, more time with friends, delicious food and to feel a change to this year that brings clarity and hopes to return a little magic.”
Hewitt also added that aging can often be difficult to face numerous, spontaneous views.
“I have experienced and saw how the world can be cruel for women as they get older and yet have seen the women I admire become happier, more sexy and more powerful with every extra number,” he wrote. “I am so very grateful for this life. I love everyone who chooses to do by my side and I’m willing to give love today to the youngest mine and the older me because they are my ride or dying. Sending love to everyone and cheers to 46! ❤️”
