Trump’s administration “evaded” the term deportation of the flights, the judge says

The US Federal Judge said the government “evaded its obligations” to answer its questions about deportations this weekend allegedly members of the Venezuelan gang.

James Baasberg, Chief Federal Judge in Washington, gave a Justice lawyer on Thursday the term of information on the Venezuelans’ deportation in Salvador in Salvador.

They presented six paragraphs of the declaration from an immigration official, saying that the secretaries of the cabinet were considering calling the privileges of state secrets and did not give information about the flight he requested.

Judge Basberg ordered the government last Saturday to stop deportation flights, but the White House said the planes had already removed.

The Declaration on Thursday from the Regional Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) also repeated general information.

In the government’s answers, they said they needed more than 24 hours to consider closely or “greet state secrets”, which allows the federal authorities to contain tangible information about national security in lawsuits.

But Judge Basberg was disappointed with this defense.

“To begin with, the government cannot propose a regional ice official, which testifies to the discussions at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers of the privilege of the State Squirrel; indeed, his declaration from now, not surprisingly, is based solely on his unjustified” understanding (Ing), “he wrote.

He gave the Trump administration on Friday to submit an update from who directly participated in the debate about deportation planes.

Trump has rarely appealed to the law on other people’s enemies this weekend and deported more than 200 Venezuelans, who claim that almost all were members of the Tre Aragua gang.

An immigration lawyer who works on behalf of one of the deported men said in court on Thursday that her client was a professional footballer in Venezuela without conviction, CBS News reports, a US news partner.

A man, Jerce Reyes Barros, applied for asylum to avoid political persecution, claimed his lawyer, saying that he had been falsely accused of linked by deragua’s Trinity with a tattoo on his hand.

The lawyer said the tattoo honored Real Madrid’s football team.

Flights – which Mr. Boris and others were aboard – Judge Basberg stopped last weekend. Any flights now in the air had to turn back.

But the White House said the planes were already in the international airspace, claiming that the judge’s order was invalid.

On Monday, Judge Basberg asked to hear from the lawyer of Trump’s administration about why the flights did not return to the United States.

It will also hold a previously scheduled hearing on the use of the Law on Foreign Enemies on Friday.
