The Moving gears The end of a season teased a romantic moment between Kat Dennings and The old Williams Scott – so imagine our surprise when it was Team Allen and Jenna Elfman ended to share a kiss.
During the episode on Wednesday, March 19, called “Kiss,” Gabriel (Scott) prepared Riley (Dennings) to reconcile with her former. Riley didn’t, but she wasn’t ready for something new either so Gabriel didn’t move. Instead, in the final seconds of the finale, Eve (Elfman) surprised Matt (Allen) after a whole episode of Banter by kissing him.
“I thought it was a very fun turn because of course it will be Riley and Gabriel,” said Dennings, 38, Weekly US. “But it was a real surprise.”
Dennings and Scott agreed, 48, that the romantic ending moment has made more sense to Eve and MattRelationship, with her adding, “It’s an unexpected kiss to Tim Allen’s character. But I feel that Eve had a little liquid courage in that moment to do that – maybe she’s not planning on it. I think it’s a great moment.”
Earlier this season, Elfman, 53, join the cast in a circular role as a potential benefit of love for Allen, 71. Elfman went on to praise Allen for being a perfect scene partner. “He is so confident as a Comedy Actor.
