Conservative legislators in Illinois are alarming about the bill that may change dramatically Rules of home learning In the state of the prairie.
Home School Act also known as HB2827 will be a mandate parents To fill the “Declaration Form at Home School”, which essentially registered them in the nearest district school.
Children who do not fill the form are considered “adjacent, fines are applied,” the bill’s synopsis reports. It also requires documentation on rootstocks and health care for children who want to participate in the activities at the State School.
“(If a) the child in the home school program seeks to record part -time in a public school or participate in any events in public schools or departure, the home school administrator should present evidence that the child has received all the necessary vaccinations and reviews in the field of health or signed Religious Certificate.”

The bill also “provides requirements for home school administrators and programs and reports”.
“(Bill) makes appropriate and other changes in the Law on Freedom of Information, the School Code and the law on the Illinois School, including demanding (and not allowing) non -public schools to register with the State Council on Education,” the synopsis concludes.
The Illinois Education Committee views the bill on Wednesday – but the opposite legislators encouraged voters to submit witnesses, trying to stop any further progress in the bill. State Senator Illinois Neil Anderson said on Facebook that 30,000 witness sliding were presented.

Chris Miller, a republican representative in Illinois, also drew attention to the bill in a Facebook message.
“HB2827 is scheduled for the House Education Committee,” Miller wrote. “As the father of 7 children at school, I believe that this bill is a direct attack on families in Illinois!”
Some of the lying policies also expressed concern about HB2827. Illinois La -Shon Ford, a Democrat, told a local outlet that he was “not for that.”

“I understand why they don’t like it from the voters I called,” Ford said. “Losing their autonomy, this is a big problem that they lose autonomy over their children, and therefore they choose homework. They want to control their children’s education, including the curriculum as they teach philosophy.”
