Richardson Hitchins wants kambos and theophimo

Richardson Hitchins (19-0, 7 kos) defeated Liam Paro by the IBF Super Lightweight championship in San Juan, Puerto Rico last December. He waits for his potential opponent, George Kamboses (21-3, 10 kos).

If Kamboses is victorious in his game against Daud Yordan on March 22, Hitchins would like to fight this summer in New York. The fight could lead a great big card sometime in June. Kamboses is the man who defeated Teophimo Lopez (21-1, 13 kos) and be able to overcome him, he would prove that he deserved a unification game against Teo.

Hitchins would like to face Teofimo later in the year, waiting for future events, successfully defeating Kamboses in the summer, and victorious Theophimo against Arnold Barboza Jr. On May 2, the super struggle could be on the horizon. “ I think if Teofimo wins, Richardson Hitchins and Teophimo is the Turki Alralikh struggle. It’s a great struggle. Hopefully we can unify -I will do my job. Hopefully I can do his job and unify us, ” said Hitchins when asked about the possible party. With Turki’s support, if the two fighters were successful, the struggle would have succeed.

Now that he is a champion, Hitchins seeks to overcome the top of the £ 140 division and, finally, at the top of the sport. He is looking for bigger fights and seeks to fight the biggest names of sports. When asked about his future plans, Hitchins said, “Maybe it is another unification struggle, or maybe a fight in 147, Ryan Garcia – – Devin Haney, does not really matter.” Hitchins intends to unify at 140 and knows that a jump to 147 is inevitable. To face the appointed opponents, he would win superstard and wins against them with the place between the elite of the sport.

Lightly Super Division is one of the most exciting divisions of sport, as there have been numerous changes in title in the last year and multiple disorders. Subriel Matias, Rolly Romero, Isaac Cruz, Liam Paro and Jose Valenzuela suffered championship losses last year, and all are the highest contenders that seek to recover the glory of the championship. Hitchins wants to unify division and a possible game with any current champion would be excellent for sports.
