David, 42, shared a video By x On Thursday, March 13, from Lindsey lying in her hospital bed, appearing he was moving her hands to the song playing in the room.
“My Babydoll morning after a 6+ hour surgery,” he wrote. “I mean God is not good?”
The video comes after David asked fans earlier in the week for prayers as Lindsey prepares for the treatment.

She has brain cancer and has surgery on Wednesday in Duke. So grateful to serve a loving God who meets us in our battles! “

In his play days, David played four seasons in Georgia, the SEC competitor of the LSU Tigers, who trained Saban at the time. The College Football Gallery was an all-American and two-time SEC defensive player of the year.
