Mumbai Indians have faced a stroke ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. According to reports in Espncricinfo, it is learned that Prime Minister Jasprit Bumrah has lost the first league games due to the subsequent injury to Australia.
Jasprit Bumrah has been out of action in recent months. The Pealer faced an injury to the back during the last match of the border-Gavaskar 2024-25 trophy on Sydney’s cricket field in Sydney. Bowling More than 150 points in the series surely got a lot and worried him.

Jasprit Bumrah is missing the first games of the IPL 2025 will be a massive blow for the Mumbai Indians. The franchise now depends on Trent Boult, Deepak Chahar, Reece Topley, Corbin Bosch, Arjun Tendulkar, Satyanarayana Raju, Ashwani Kumar, as well as all rounds: Captain Hardik Pandya and Raj Angad Bawa.
Mumbai Indians will open their campaign against Chennai Super Kings at the India 2025 Premier League. After that, they will play against Gujarat Titans on March 29 at the Narendra Modi International Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Mumbai Indians will play the first home game at Wankhede Stadium. They will take the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on March 31 before traveling to Lucknow to face Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on April 4 and then return home to welcome Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on April 7.
