From Virender Sehwag to Axar Patel: Complete list of Delhi captains in the history of the IPL

Delhi capitals (DC)formerly known as the Delhi Darevils, have had a story stored in the Premier League India (IPL)with numerous captains over the years. From the opening season of 2008 to the present, the franchise has seen a combination of Indian and international stars taking on the leadership role.

The following is a complete list of all the captains who have led Delhi Capitals in the IPL:

1. VIRENDER SEHWAG (2008-2012)

Virender Sehwag was the first captain of the Delhi franchise, leading the team from the inaugural season in 2008 to 2012.
