Hitch is addressed to Kambos in New York Showdown: Ibf Champ Eyes ex -Light

Promoter Eddie Hearn and IBF’s heavy weight champion, Richardson Hitchins, go to George Kamboses Jr. to fight in New York if you reach your next struggle.

Hitchins (19-0, 7 kos) believes that a victory over the old unified light champion Kambosa will increase its popularity in the boxing world. George (21-1, 13 kos) is directed against Daud Yordan on March 22 in Sydney, Australia.

Hitchins had hoped to face the Wbo Light Welterweight champion, Teophimo Lopez, in a unified struggle, but instead chose to defend him against his mandatory Arnold Barboza Jr. on May 2 card in Times Square in New York.

Richardson still wants to face Teo once his schedule has been opened. He signed a contract with Turki Alshikh who will keep him occupied until next year. Hitchins will probably have to wait until then to have a shot to him.

Kambos

He has the prizes, the name and represents Australia as a fighter,” Hitchins said about the former unified Light Champion George Kamboses Jr. “I think for my legacy, this adds a lot to show that I belong to the Haneys, the Lomachenkos and the largest names in the boxing.
