The World WBC Heavy Weight Champion, Kenshiro, “The Amazing Boy,” came behind to stop the WBA SEIGO YURI AKUI champion in the twelfth and last round of the first round in a unification attack on Thursday night at Kokugikan, in Tokyo, Japan.
Teraji, 25-1 (16) eliminated Akui, 21-3-1 (11) at 1:31 of the 12th and final end. In the third round, Akui struck Teraji with a right on his chin in the middle of the round. In the sixth round, they turned. In the eighth round, Akui took another round.
