The former Thai police chief, who went to prison for life three years ago for torture of the suspect in the drug, was found dead in his cell in Bangkok’s prison, the authorities said.
Thitisan Utthanaphon, which was nicknamed Joe Ferrari for numerous luxury cars, died suicide, reports pre -exposure.
