Gautam Gambhir calls Mrs. Dhoni’s trusted companion “very underestimated”

India’s main coach Gautam Gambhir has praised the veteran All-Rounder Ravindra Jadja ahead of the 2025 ICC Champions League final against New Zealand. Gautam Gambhir called Jadja an undervalued and invaluable whole for the team, saying that the Indian dressing room knows its value.

Jadja has been a constant interpreter of India over the years and has once again proved its worth in the champions trophy. The 36 -year -old has taken four doctors in four games on an average of 38.25 and a 4.78 economy rate. He scored 18 runs at an average of 18 and a strike rate of 85.33.

“I have always heard that ravindra Jadja has always passed under the radar. I think he is someone we don’t talk about much. Look at what he has done for the Indian cricket. Whether the test format, whether in T20I or 50 format.

Jadja has participated in 80 tests, scoring 3,370 runs to an average of 34.74, with 22 half and four centuries. He has taken 323 doctors, including 15 five -wicket transport. Jadja retired from T20is after the World Cup victory of India 2024, ending with 515 runs and 54 doctors in 74 games.

India to face -New Zealand at ICC Champions Trophy 2025

India will face New Zealand in the final of the Champions Trophy at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, March 9.

India, led by Rohit Sharma, has remained unbeaten in the tournament. They won victories against Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand in the group stage, followed by a semifinal victory over Australia.

Meanwhile, New Zealand reserved its place in the final defeating South Africa in the semifinals. His only loss in the tournament took place against India in the group A.

The last time these teams gathered in a final of the ICC Hate was in the 2000 Trophy, where New Zealand defeated India by four doctors in Nairobi.
