Arrested South Sudan Gabriel Dupa Lam violates a peaceful deal, the opposition says

The arrest of the Army General from the main opposition of the South Sudan-is a “serious violation” of the peaceful transaction that ended with a five-year civil war, said the BBC opposition spokesman.
