The blue ghost of Firefly Aerospace became the first in the history of a successful commercial planting of the moon.
Recently released footage, captured by the spacecraft, shows the moment of landing on Mare Kryum, the pool in the northeast quadrant of the moon on March 2.
The mission is part of the latest cooperation by the US Space Agency NASA and private companies.
The first commercial spacecraft, which landed on the moon, was intuitively understood by the Odysseus, which made a journey in February 2024, but leaned out when connected that interfered with his work.
