De la Hoya paints the struggle of Ramírez de Haney as a mask for persistent fear after Garcia “Knockout”

Hoya’s promoter Oscar says Devin Haney wanted “Try the waters” Against Jose Ramirez before facing -Ryan Garcia in a resale on May 2 because he was “eliminated” in his previous struggle on April 20.
