A criminal investigation of Hakman’s death and Arakov was launched on Wednesday after the New Mexico authorities found a 95-year-old actor, a 65-year-old classic pianist and one of them dogs killed in his Santa-Fe House under the circumstances considered “suspicious.”

Gin hackman, wife found dead on Santa -f estate: what to know about property
During the appearance of Fox Report, Baden explained that Hakman’s cardio stimulator, which, according to Sheriff, the last time the event recorded on February 17, could offer a key hint.
“This event would be a heart stop caused by an abnormal heart rate,” he said. “The pacemaker monitors the heart rate, and when it decreases too low, it is discharged. And it’s all in the record.”

“So the exposure showed that he had no injuries,” Baden continued. “Was No carbon monoxide. And he had – the most common cause of death in this country – serious heart disease, ischemic disease and high blood pressure, possibly released. So, it would make it if you stop the heart in the mud, collapse there. “
In the Affadvit search warrant, released at the Santa Foe Office and received by Fox News Digital, investigators said they had found a hackman’s body on the floor in the mud with a pedestrian cane and sunglasses nearby. According to the documents, detectives suspected that the actor may have “suddenly fell.”
Baden shared His theory that Arakov’s death may occur after Hakman’s cardio stated while she tried to help her husband.
“The circumstances and who he was – he loved so much – is what makes it so unusual.”
The statement stated that Aravakov was found on the ground in a bathroom with a space heater near the head. According to Hakman’s wife, an orange -prescription bottle was found, according to a search statement. It seemed open with pills scattered on the countertop. Authorities have listed the thyroid medicine, blood pressure and Tilenol among the subjects they took from the house.

“His wife was found in the bathroom,” Baden said. “They did not publish information about her conclusions, except that she did not have carbon monoxide in it, and that it seems from the scene, and from what she was said to find her husband in the mud.”
Baden explained that in an excited state, Arakova could rush to the bathroom to get Hakman’s blood pressure before falling on the floor, scattering the pills and dropping a space heater with him.
“She may have hit her head down the road and suffered some internal brain injury that is not detected outside and bleeding in the inside of the brain,” Baden said. “Or that the 65 -year -old can be a severe heart disease, and excitement can lead to a heart rate that causes death under these circumstances.

According to a statement, a German shepherd German shepherd was found “10-15 feet” from the Arakov in the bathroom closet. Two other live dogs were discovered on the property. Detectives noticed that “one of the healthy dogs was originally observed near the dead woman (in the bathroom), and the other healthy dog was observed by the residence.”
“Initially, I was surprised at the release of the dog I considered free of charge in the house,” Baden said. “And so I believe that carbon monoxide (theory) was a very good thought when they breathed in the same air. But because they say the dog was limited in his cage or kennel and would die from simple dehydration and lack of water for nine days so that he would not get out of the kennel.”
Baden noted that his theory could explain why on February 17 an emergency call was made immediately after Hakman survived a heartfelt event. who discovered On February 26, Hackman and Arakova summoned 911.
Death of Gina Hakman and wife called “suspicious” bodies showed signs of “mummification”
“The circumstances and who he was – he loved so much – is what makes it so unusual,” Baden said. “Because heart disease and destruction and dying with a pacemaker are often found in the US.”
“But the circumstances of both stand out,” he continued. “And this may have been the reason that 911 was not caused, for example, while his wife tried to get him medicine and fell.”
