Andy Cruz vs. Omar Salido and Diego Pacheo vin Steven Nelson successfully weighed in at Friday’s weigh-in for his card this Saturday, January 25, at the Las Vegas Cosmopolitan Ballroom, Chelsea, in Las Vegas. The event promoted by the Eddie Hearn Matchroom will be shown live on Dazn.

Cruz (4-0, 2 KOS) and Salcido (20-1, 14 KOs) will fight in a ten-round lightweight title eliminator for the WBC belt. This fight should be the main event, but Hearn is pushing Pacheco (22-0, 18 KOs) to become a star as quickly as possible.

“It’s time to fight. The conversation doesn’t matter. It’s time to act,” Steven Nelson said afterward it weighs on Friday for his fight against Diego Pacheco on Saturday night. “My focus and my determination. There’s nothing I haven’t seen. I saw everything I suppose in the camp.

“He is young. He hasn’t seen it. You can’t prepare for what I wear. It’s going to be an amazing night for the cold. You have seen the cold front. It has gone all over the nation. So much cold weather, baby,” Nelson said.
