Jimmy Neesham offered an incredible moment of brilliance in the field of the SA20 2025executing an impressive one-handed catch to send Liam Dawson back to the pavilion.
Facing a short delivery of Ethan Bosch on the last pass, Dawson attempted a powerful shot, but the ball went off the outside of his bat, flying out of extra cover. Neesham, stationed in the infield, moved quickly to his right. Anticipating the trajectory perfectly, he sank at full stretch, extending his right arm. In an extraordinary display of athleticism and hand-eye coordination, he caught the ball in the air as he lunged forward, completing one of the most impressive catches of the game. Dawson, who looked dangerous with a quickfire 25 off 11 balls, had to depart, thanks to Neesham’s heroics. This dismissal not only showcased Neesham’s exceptional fielding skills but also gave Bosch his third wicket, tilting the momentum firmly in favor of the bowling.

Jansen was unplayable up front, striking out key hitters, including the Jacks (0) and Rahmanullah Gurbaz (7).
