Folie à Deux and Madame Web lead the worst genre choices for the Razzies

It’s that time of year when the hate is unleashed by movie critics and commentators for the annual Razzies. The funsuck “awards” show takes good shots at movies that have not fallen in favor with a wide audience. For 2024, a special focus is placed Mrs. Web and Joker: Madness for Two.

While neither movie set fire to the box office, both have cult potential. Some of us might even agree with Quentin Tarantino’s take Joker 2 actually being a bold takedown of his fans and the industry in general who didn’t get the first one Joker movie Lady Gaga’s performance was a standout; his character needed more songs, but we have a feeling that the cut songs made him on his Prince-esque Batman companion album inspired by (Har)Lee Quinn.
