“I’m on day three post-surgery, and honestly, feeling really good today,” Arnold, 31, said in a Sunday, January 19, TikTok. “Yesterday was by far the hardest day. Surgery went great. Everything went as expected.”
The Dancing With The Stars alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range, who originally thought it would be 245cc to 300cc. However, before the surgery, Arnold changed her mind to be in the 265cc to 285cc range – but was “leaning more towards” 265cc.
“He’ll try them on during surgery to see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out best,” Arnold pointed out. “And so I was like, ‘I’ll leave it up to you. I lean more towards 265(cc).’ He also agreed, but said he would do what looked best in surgery.”
Arnold noted that she went with the Motiva ergonomic implant. “The Motiva is a brand of silicone implant, and the ergonomic means the kind of firmness, like. I wanted very natural, very likeable, supple, not super robust,” she explained. “So you could do a round or an ergo, I think, (are the) different options. So I went with the Motiva Ergo. “
Arnold ended up receiving a 265cc implant on both sides, and said she was “so happy” with the size.

“They’re definitely swollen, not, like, completely settled at all. Obviously, it’s only been three days, but I can already, like, see the potential,” he said. “And I’m really, really happy that I went with the size we went with. I think I would have been dizzy if they were bigger.”
Following the surgery, Arnold said she had a “scar around the nipple,” known as an “anchor scar.” He added, “With the lift, they were moving some of that extra skin, moving the nipple higher on the breast.”

“My surgeon does this quite often and believes a lot in this technique, because you don’t have to cut into your pec muscle, which really appealed to me,” said Arnold. “I’m a very active person and I didn’t want anything that messes up my muscles. The recovery is much easier because you don’t have to wait for a muscle to heal.”
Arnold also received “GalaFLEX,” which she explained is “an inner mesh bra that they put underneath.”
“After about 18 months, it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but really it’s just to help support the bottom, which I love so much,” she says. “So there you are. That’s all the details about my brush, enhancement and lift. I’m so happy with the results so far, and I know it will continue to improve as they heal and settle in all the things.”

When sharing the results from her surgery, Arnold could see that her fans were “so supportive” of her decision.
“Even if you don’t, like, agree with it or want to do it for yourself, I appreciate the respect that this is something I wanted to do for myself,” he said.
After sharing her decision to receive a breast augmentation and lift in a separate TikTok video, Arnold said she wanted to undergo the procedure once to begin with. she and her husband, Sam Cusickhave done having children.
Although she and Cusick “aren’t done having babies” yet, Arnold noted that the couple is in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I decided I didn’t want to wait,” he said in December 2024. “Obviously, (I) know there’s a possibility that I might need a lift later in life or whatever, but I’m not do that don’t want to wait any longer. … We’re putting (family planning) on hold a little longer.”
