Paris Hilton Shares ‘Thoughtful Moment’ With Son After LA Wildfires

Hilton, 43, took to Instagram on Sunday, January 19, to share a video of her son Phoenix, 2, huddled in a blanket alongside the family’s two dogs.

The clip, which zoomed in on the youngster’s face and held her pups Diamond and Baby lazing next to him, with the caption, “Take a moment to relax with Pheeny, Diamond, and a sleepy Baby,” came after to write for him.

The post comes after Hilton confirmed via the social media platform on January 9 that she watched her “Malibu home burn to the ground on live TV.” Detailing the experience at the time, he wrote, “This home was where we built so many precious memories. This is where Phoenix took its first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.🥹.”

A heartbroken Hilton gained a surprising perspective even then, continuing, “While the loss is tremendous, I’m still thankful that my family and pets are safe. My heart and prayers go out to all families affected by these fires. For all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their loved ones. My heart goes out to those who are still in harm’s way or are grieving more losses. The devastation is unimaginable.”

Hilton has maintained a positive outlook on the devastation of the LA wildfires, which affected a string of celebrities after breaking out due to a windstorm on January 7, lending a helping hand to displaced animals despite her personal heartbreak.

She shared via Instagram on Monday, January 13, that she plans to foster a dog which was surrendered by his family who had lost their home in the fire. “And we’re going to see if there are any other dogs where they’re still looking for their owners,” Hilton posted at the time, adding a photo of herself doting on a cat in the hope of finding to its owner in the midst of the Altadena fires.

Hilton and many celebrities has shared vital disaster resource information following the natural disaster, with the society adding that its own charitable organization is offering support. The January 13 post continued, “My nonprofit @1111Media Impact has contributed to support the shelter’s efforts, and we are still raising money to help displaced families and pets 💰Every donation makes a difference in providing emergency assistance, housing and supplies. If you are able to donate or volunteer, the Pasadena Humane Society is an amazing charity to support!”
