EXCLUSIVE: President-elect Trump will sign more than 200 executive orders on his first day in office — a massive, record-breaking first wave of policy priorities focused on border security, energy, lowering the cost of living for American families, ending DEI programs across the country. the federal government and more, Fox News Digital has learned.
A senior administration official familiar with the executive actions and authorized to brief Fox News Digital said Trump would sign several “omnibus” executive orders, each containing dozens of major executive actions.

“The president is issuing a historic series of executive orders and actions that will fundamentally reform the American government, including a full and complete restoration of US sovereignty,” an official told Fox News Digital.
On the first day, the president-elect will declare a state of emergency at the national border; direct the US military to work with the Department of Homeland Security to fully secure the southern border; and establish a national priority to eliminate all criminal cartels operating within the United States.
Trump will close the border to all illegals through a declaration, Fox News Digital has learned.
Trump will also create national security task forces with officials from the FBI, ICE, CEA and other agencies to “completely eradicate the presence of criminal cartels.”
Trump would also designate the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, which the official said would unlock new powers to carry out Trump’s national security mission.

Fox News Digital has learned that Trump will reintroduce “Stay in Mexico,” “Catch and Release” and order the military to build a new phase of the border wall, as well as give authorities emergency powers to suspend illegal immigration across the southwest border, allowing those arrested to be “quickly returned to their countries of origin.”

On the energy front, Trump will “completely unbundle” Alaska’s energy sector, which the official said is key and important to US national security.
A senior official told Fox News Digital that the energy executive order addresses “every single energy policy” and covers liquids, natural gas, ports, fracking, pipelines, permits and more, and reverses President Biden’s policies that “restricted US energy.” supply”.
The official also said Trump would completely overhaul the federal bureaucracy, restoring presidential control over careers, the federal workforce and making it clear to federal workers that they can be fired for disobeying executive orders.
The official said Trump would sign an executive order to increase scrutiny of senior government officials and implement new merit-based hiring checks. Trump will also take steps to return federal workers to personal jobs.
The official also said Trump would end the “weaponization of the federal government,” restore free speech and “slash federal censorship.”

On his first day, Trump will also suspend the security clearances of 51 national security officials who “lied” about Hunter Biden’s laptop in the run-up to the 2020 presidential election.
Trump is also expected to establish biological definitions of gender; rename historical places such as “American Bay” and others.
On Day 1, Trump will also end all equity and diversity inclusion programs across the federal government.
Trump will also impose a new hiring freeze for the Department of Government Efficiency; gain control over foreign aid and NGO funding; and much more.

As for lowering costs for American families, Trump will sign a specific presidential memorandum ordering all agencies and departments to reverse all federal actions that increase costs for families and consumers, which an official told Fox News Digital would be the beginning of the “historical de-normative efforts” of his second term.
Trump will also declare an energy emergency on his first day and suspend all offshore wind leases.
Meanwhile, Trump will end the electric car mandate; stop the new green deal; withdraw from the Paris climate agreement; and rescind more of President Biden’s actions and orders.

The official told Fox News Digital that “everything” voted on by voters “is translated into executive policy.”
“There is a huge federal workforce that is advancing its goals at the expense of the American people — and President Trump is taking command saying you will serve the American people and the American people only,” the official said. “This is about ending corruption, abusive behavior, and refocusing government on its core responsibilities to the American people.”
