Brandi Glanville receives Dr. Terry Dubrow‘ help in the midst of her health problems.
Glanville, 52, proved abnormal facial swelling that she claims it could be the result of a “parasite face.” However, Dubrow, 66, said he does not believe that is the case.
“I saw one of her interviews and I’ve seen the picture of her, the one where she’s bloated, the one where she’s really deflated with the irregular skin,” she said Botched a doctor say TMZ on Thursday, December 12. “Here’s the thing, this is what Brandi really needs to focus on… and it’s not her fault, it’s her doctor’s fault. Brandi needs a diagnosis.”
Dubrow sent a message to Glanville through TMZoffering to assist if necessary.
The reality star acknowledged his proposal on Friday, December 13.
“I have no drama with @DrDubrow I appreciate all the help I can get,” he said written through Xadding a prayer hands emoji. “We have been in touch and plan to talk thanks for all the love. Every writer that was in my face has been melted. I’ve seen all the best doctors in (Cedars-Sinai)” and “all the doctors they referred me to.”
Glanville has been honest about her failing health. She previously shared a photo of her facial deformities and revealed that she spent $70,000 try a case.
“Honestly, I’ve had so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests … I did lab work for $10,000,” he said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight published on Tuesday, December 10. “I ran every test under the sun. … They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’ That, you know, is new.”
Glanville explained that before a doctor hypothesized that she might have contracted a parasite, she experienced “swelling” and “couldn’t speak.” When she sought treatment, some medical professionals suggested that the issue could be due to old facial fillers that were dissolving. But Glanville said she hadn’t had fillers done in a while and her older fillers had already dissolved.
Initially, Glanville pegged the source as food poisoning in Morocco while filming The Real Housewives: The Ultimate Women’s Tour.
Glanville said ET that she felt the movement of a parasite under her face. If Glanville “mess with it,” she says, it will jump around to a different area and look like “little bubbles bursting” on her skin.

“She has to find out if there’s a microorganism in there,” Dubrow said TMZ. “It’s not going to be a parasite, it’s not going to be something she eats, it’s going to be from something that got into her bloodstream.”
Dubrow shared his concern about what could happen to Glanville if he is not diagnosed as soon as possible.
“She’s like a ticking time bomb. Every minute that microorganism is allowed to remain in her skin and do potential harm, she could suffer worse because of it,” added Dubrow. “It could be more difficult to treat and could form more scars and more nodules. So Brandi needs a diagnosis. She probably needs a surgical procedure to get a piece of tissue and find out what’s going on.”
