Joe Jonas Stuns In Drag, Has Fans Asking: ‘Who Is This Diva?’

In a video shared via TikTok on Thursday, January 16, Jonas, 35, showed himself dressed in drag. In the six-second clip, the Jonas Brothers star wore a full face of make-up, a layered bob wig, and a low-cut satin black dress. Lips surprised over a popular TikTok sound bite, which said, “I’m going roller skating, don’t touch my stuff!”

In the caption, Jonas simply wrote, “💅.”

Fans of the Jonas Brothers flocked to the comments section of his video to share their reactions to Jonas’ new look. “I’m obsessed with this I can’t explain it,” wrote one fan, while another said, “this is ✨real✨ this is ✨me✨.”

Influencer from NY Haley Kalil It was also in the comments section of Jonas, writing, “We know this diva,” while another fan asked, “Why do you look like Patti Lupone.” Another commenter also compared Jonas to the actress Selma Blairwrites, “Tell me why I thought this was Selma Blair 😂😂.”

Jonas didn’t elaborate on why, exactly, he was dressed in drag – or reveal his potential (tell us it exists!) drag name. However, he was recently spotted in Toronto, Canada, on the set of brother Nick Jonasan upcoming holiday film starring a woman Priyanka Chopraper TMZ on Tuesday, January 14. Although not much is known about the new flick, it is said to be a project for Disney +.

Jonas’s life has changed significantly over the last few years. In September 2023, he filed for divorce from his now ex-wife Sophie Turnerwith whom he shares two daughters: Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2. His second solo album, Music For People Who Believe In Lovedrop in October 2024. In an interview with Notice board earlier that year, Jonas talked about the process of creating his latest project, calling it two “terrifying” and “liberating” post-divorce.

“I’m a happy person, and the music needed to resemble that — but also, the journey to get here,” he told the outlet in August 2024. “I was going through a lot of life changes, discovering who I was as a person and a father and a friend, and living under the microscope of what the music industry can be. And I think, at such a crazy time in my life, I looked at music as an outlet.”

He explained that although the album was personal, he did not intend to tear anyone apart in the process. “I’m not trying to come for anyone on this album,” he said. “I’m not trying to blow stuff up.”

It was Jonas and Tuner married for four years before news broke of their split in 2023. Jonas filed for divorce, saying their relationship had broken down “irretrievably”. After several court battles over custody of their children, the pair announced their decision to share custody in October 2023.

“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving homes in the US and the UK,” Jonas and Turner told Us Weekly in a joint statement at the time. “We look forward to being great collaborators.”
