Luke Fordwho served as Brad Pittbody double in the 2013 action film World War Zhas been sentenced to 16 years in prison by the High Court in Edinburgh.
Ford, 35, was found guilty on 19 charges against women, which included violence, abuse and threats. He was also found guilty on a charge of stealth, which is “defined as not using a protective condom without a partner’s knowledge or consent, which is rape,” according to a statement from prosecutors.
The disgraced actor, who also had uncredited roles in The Dark Knight Rises a Mary Queen of Scotsis the first person to be found guilty of stealth in Scottish history.
“Ford is a dangerous and manipulative sexual predator,” Police Scotland Det Steven Llwyd he said. “I hope knowing that he is now behind bars for his crimes will help them to continue to move on with their lives.”

Police ScotlandFord, a native of Stirling, Scotland, first came to the attention of authorities in June 2020 when police responded to a report of an assault. The investigation that followed found a number of other women who had been assaulted or abused by Ford. He was arrested and charged in February 2021.
He was convicted in May 2023 of “rape, attempted rape, multiple assaults and possession of extreme sexual abuse images,” according to police Scotland. He has also been added indefinitely to the country’s sex offenders register.
Ford’s alleged stalker victim testified against him in court, saying she was “shocked and upset” by what happened after the two met on Tinder in 2017.
“I wouldn’t have had sex with him without a condom,” said the victim. “I asked him to leave. I felt completely insulted.”

“He really thought he was going to be the next Brad Pitt,” one of Ford’s victims told STV News, speaking on condition of anonymity. “I think there are forces stunt doublesbut the way he was spinning it, it looked like he was Brad Pitt’s one-and-only stunt double.”
“I would say it took me a long time to get over what happened and say life is good now,” they added, calling Ford a “master manipulator.”
