Judge reject Trump’s lawsuit $ 15 billion vs. New York Times

The US Federal Judge brought down a $ 15 billion defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump against the New York Times, citing problems with its content.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Merry said on Friday’s ruling that Trump violated the federal rule, requiring entrants to outline a “short and simple statement” why they deserve help from the court.

According to the judge, the legal complaint is not a “protected platform for rage against the enemy.” He gave Trump 28 days to file a complemented complaint.

Trump signaled that he sued the New York Times earlier this week in a report of social truth, saying that the newspaper “allowed to lie freely, brazen and imitated me too long.”

The New York Times responded to the lawsuit, saying that “no merit”.

“There are not enough legal requirements, and instead an attempt to stifle and hinder independent reporting,” the newspaper said in a statement earlier this week.

In his order on Friday, Judge Merrideeus said Trump’s lawsuit is “repeated” and “extra”.

A 85-page lawsuit was filed with the Federal Court in Tampa earlier this week. He also calls Penguin Random House LLC – which last year published a book Times Reportens – and accuses the newspaper of serving “Moundstuk” for the Democrats.

In his ruling, Judge Meririd wrote that even when Trump’s allegations were proven, and even when the trial was interpreted “generous and soft” way, the court violates the rules of the court and “obviously incorrectly and unacceptable.”

Neither President Trump nor his lawyers have yet responded to Judge Merrid’s decision.
