The Cup of Asia 2025 in progress in the United Arab Emirates has become a full crisis after the controversy in hand in Hand in India against the Pakistan party on September 14. The tension between India and Pakistan has now increased in a possible crisis of the tournament.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is threatening to remove a match against the United Arab Emirates (United Arab Emirates), unless the International Cricket Council (ICC) eliminates the Andy Pycroft concordance referee to official the tournament.
It is a direct reaction from the PCB to the controversy of the hands that unfolded during and after India against the Pakistan match in Dubai. The controversy began when the Indian Captain Suryakumar Yadav refused to shake hands with the Pakistani captain Salman Agha in his launch.

Cricet’s sports traditions were ignored even after India’s seven wicket victory, as Suryakumar Yadav and Shivam Dube again snatched their custom by directly fitting into the locker room without greeting their opponents.
Even a member of the Indian support staff closed the door to avoid any interaction with Pakistani players in the locker room. This deliberate act left the Pakistani camp stopped and furious. Later, Salman Ali Agha and the main coach, Mike Hesson, jumped the interactions with the former Indian players and the media in the post -match presentation.
Adding fuel to the fire, Suryakumar Yadav dedicated the victory to the Armed Forces of India and did not justify any kind of hand, alleging that some issues go beyond the sports spirit. After that, the PCB raised formal complaints with the ICC and Asian Cricket Council (ACC), accusing the referee Andy Pycroft of not fulfilling the Cricket spirit and the ICC code of conduct.
Well, Andy Pycroft is expected to officialize the next Pakistan 2025 Cup 2025 game against the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday, September 17. However, the PCB does not want the Zimbabwe to be officially its game, and if the ICC refuses to remove it, it will retire from the game with the United Arab Emirates.
However, if Pakistan boycotted the United Arab Emirates game, they will suffer serious consequences in the Asia Cup continuing 2025. The game would be considered a walk, which would give the Arab Emirates to the automatic victory and two points, offering them a super four.

Currently, green men have only two points of their victory against Oman. They have lost the second game and the final match of Group A is scheduled against the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, if they want to reach the Ronda Super Four, they have to play the United Arab Emirates and beat them.
If they boycott the game due to Andy Pycroft, Pakistan would end with two points, which would not be enough to reach the Super Four round of the tournament. Both India and the United Arab Emirates would surpass the men in green on the Group A point table, eliminating the Pakistan from the tournament.
Above all, India already qualified for the Super Four round after winning its first two games against the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. The United Arab Emirates are second with two points, and a Pakistan promenade would increase to four points and allow them to reach the next round.
If Green’s men decide to play, the Asia Cup 2025 will end up for the loser. Now, it will be interesting to see what the PCB will decide.
