Court appeal blocks Trump from Lisa Cook’s firing

US Appeal Court on Monday’s Permanent Current Blocked President Donald Trump Immediately dismissing Lisa Cook from his role in the Council of Heads of the Federal Reserve, the latter in the judicial struggle with high shares, which will almost certainly go to the Supreme Court.

“If the governors on violation of the rules or gross neglect blur the basics of such confidence, the president acts properly and legally, removing them,” the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice said, appealing against the US Appeal Court.

Decree 2-1 of the Court of Appeal is almost a term for Trump administration. This happens after Trump announced on social networks last month, which fired Cook from his position on the Fed Independent Council because of charges of a mortgage fraud.

Cook’s lawyers immediately sued Trump for trying to remove her far to the end of his 14-year stay, arguing that he had no sufficient reason for this. Cook denied any violations.
