Wilson, 21, walked in the spring/summer submission of 2026 Alexis Bittar on Friday, September 12, dressed in a red gown in a consignment with a “Miss South Carolina” sash while carrying a gold clutch equivalent to a pair of drop off earrings.
For glam, Wilson wore her yellow hair down and long, allowing him to cascade over one shoulder.
The show was on the theme of “Miss Usa 1991: A Dream Sequence,” and paid homage to trans rights when including lineup of transgender models. (Wilson came out in public as transgender in 2020.)

Vivian also spoke to Nylon a magazine about her NWFW’s first appearance just before the runway order.
“My heart is black as abyss, so I have to activate the wickedness,” he quoted going to character. “This is my first show! I’m a bit nervous, but I did a little good preparation (a) I had a full night of sleep. I’m hyped. I’m ready to go out there.”
Vivian wearing a “de Carolina” sash during the show also had a poignant meaning.
“Many of the provinces we represent are states where trans rights are currently being removed,” he told the outlet. “The same message is that we all have to stand against that together. Fashion and art is a great way to get around.”
